NRH Centre Age Policy
Dropping off of children 13 years and younger is HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
Children 11 years and younger are not permitted on the fitness floor at any time and children 12-13 MUST be with an adult within arms length.
Due to limited capacity numbers in the gymnasium/aquatics areas there could possibly be a wait to use those parts of the facility and there are no waiting areas inside of the facility at this time.
Fitness Area
14 & up
Access to all self-directed fitness amenities.
12 - 13
Access with direct supervision of a responsible person age 16+;
must obtain age wristband each visit prior to working out.
Required fitness orientation.
Kids Club
KIDS CLUB SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Locker Rooms
5 & up
Access to gender specific areas only. Two Family Changing Rooms are available.
Unattended Children
14 & up Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
9 & under
Must be supervised by responsible adult/guardian aged 16 or older at all times.
Group Fitness
16 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.

12-15
Access with responsible person aged 16 and up. Additional fees apply.
Track
10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
7-9 yrs
Access with a responsible adult/guardian aged 16 or older within arms-length at all times. No racing on track lanes. Must adhere to all track usage policies.
6 & Under
Not permitted on the track.
Gym
10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
9 & under
Access with a responsible adult aged 16 and older in the gym at all times .
Must sign-in and obtain wristband prior to going in to the court area.
Aquatics Area
10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
7-9 yrs
Access with a responsible adult aged 16 and older remaining in the Aquatic Area at all times.
6 & under
Access with a responsible adult in a swim suit in the water within arms-length of their children at all times.
Spa
10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
7-9 yrs
