NRH Centre Age Policy
Fitness Area
Ages 14 & up
Access to all self-directed fitness amenities
Ages 12 - 13
Access with direct supervision of a responsible person age 16 or older; must obtain age wristband each visit prior to working out.
Group Fitness
Ages 16 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies. Additional fees apply (must have an Auto-Renewing + Group Fitness Add-On membership or Group Fitness Add-On to an Annual Membership)
Ages 12 - 15
Access with responsible person aged 16 and up. Additional fees apply.
Kids Club
Ages 1 – 10
Children, ages 1 - 10 years, can stay and play for a maximum of two hours. Punch passes may also be purchased. Parents (or guardians) may not leave the building while their children are in Kids Club. Parents must remain in the facility at all times.
Locker Rooms
Ages 5 & up
Access to gender specific areas only. Two Family Changing rooms are available.
Unattended Children
Ages 14 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
Ages 9 & under
Must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian 16 years of age or older at all times
Track
Ages 10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
Ages 7 - 9
Access with a responsible adult/guardian aged 16 or older within arms-length at all times. No racing on track lanes. Must adhere to all track usage policies.
Ages 6 & under
Not permitted on the track.
Gym
Ages 10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
Ages 9 & under
Access with a responsible adult aged 16 and older in the gym at all times.
Must sign-in and obtain wristband prior to going in to the court area.
Aquatics Area
Ages 10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
Ages 7 - 9
Access with a responsible adult aged 16 and older remaining in the Aquatic Area at all times.
Ages 6 & under
Access with a responsible adult in a swim suit in the water within arms-length of their children at all times.
Spa
Ages 10 & up
Access to all self-directed amenities. Must adhere to all facility policies.
Ages 7 - 9
Access with a responsible adult aged 16 and older remaining in the Aquatic Area at all times.
Ages 6 & under
Access with a responsible adult in a swim suit in the water within arms-length of their children at all times.
Ages 3 & under
No spa access
