Aquatics

Members of all ages, ranging from lap swimmers to splash-happy children, are sure to enjoy the NRH Centre’s aquatics area. This expansive section of the center includes:

• 9-foot rock climbing wall with a plunge pool below

• 17-foot enclosed body slide

• Resistance channel for exercise and water therapy

• Interactive spray features

• Hydro-therapy jets

• Large heated whirlpool

• Three 25-yard lap lanes

• Toddler slide

• Activities
