The NRH Centre has a number of youth dance offerings including Dance with Me, Ballet/Creative Movement, Ballet/Tap and Beginner Hip-Hop classes. Click on "View Classes" below for course descriptions, class days & times and to register.

Meet our Instructor
Stacey Benson (Movin 'N Groovin' Children's Dance and Fitness)
Stacey Benson is sole owner and operator of Movin 'n Groovin' Children's Dance and Fitness, LLC. Ms. Stacey began recreational dance at the age of 12, and quickly realized she had a passion for teaching young dancers at the age of 14. She has been teaching ever since. Ms. Stacey has over 25 years experience working with young dancers in ALL styles of dance. She has been teaching locally in preschool centers, elementary schools, as well as various dance studios across the DFW Metroplex.
