I've download the mobile app, but I am getting a Username/Password error. What do I do?

• Make sure you are able to log into the XPlor Recreation website first by visiting https://nrh.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn. 

• If you are unable to log into the website,, use the steps above to either create your account or use the forgot password feature to get a temporary password emailed to you. Note: if you use the forgot password feature and you DO NOT receive an email from NRH Parks and Recreation, it means you do not have an XPlor Recreation account and you need to create one from the steps above.

• If you ARE able to log into the website, but your are still unable to log into the mobile app. Email gpeek@nrhtx.com and provide your name and username (email address on your account). We will look into your account and get you up and running in no time!​

When using the mobile app, where do I find my digital membership card and do I need the physical card I received at the guest services desk?

• Your digital membership card is located on the NRH Rec app home screen in the top right corner. Click the QR code and you will see your digital membership card as well as other family members if applicable.

• You DO NOT need the physical membership card if you are using the mobile application. Simply scan your phone upon each visit to the NRH Centre.

When I log into the app, I see a different family member's name in the top left corner. How do I change that?

• This means that you have created your XPlor Recreation login on another family member's account.​

• There can only be one user per username (primary email address on an account).

• FIX: First log into the XPlor Recreation website at https://nrh.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn and update email addresses for all your family members on your account. This will change their username to their corrected email. Note: only the primary on the account will have access to change email addresses so make sure to use that login

• If a child is currently listed as the primary account holder, please update their email address to a secondary one. This will allow the correct primary account holder (the parent) to reclaim the original email address by visiting the XPlor website and selecting "Forgot Password". You’ll receive an email from NRH Parks and Recreation with a temporary password. Use this to log in and set a new permanent password for your account. Afterward, if you'd like, you can update your child's email address back to the primary one. Note: Anyone who wants to use the mobile app must have their own XPlor Recreation account with a unique email address (username) and password.

How do I sign up for classes, camps, and/or group fitness classes on the mobile app?

• Log into the app and Click "Browse Activities"

• Select "Courses" for activities that are unique classes or "Drop-ins" for classes that happen at the same time, same day, each week (Group Fitness Classes at NRH Centre).

• You can also select the filter menu in the top right corner of this page (three lines with a circle on each line) to narrow what you see when browsing activities/drop-ins. You can narrow search results by filtering by keywords, activity type (all activities, courses, or drop-ins), by location (select NRH Centre if you don't want to see NRH Senior Center or Richland Tennis Center offerings), filter by day, time, categories, etc.

When can I register for Group Fitness classes on the NRH Rec app?​

• Group Fitness registration REQUIRES an active membership that includes group fitness to be eligible for the $0 membership fee per class. If you don't have an active membership including group fitness you are able to purchase a single class visit for $15 during the registration process. 

• Sign-ups for Group Fitness classes are still registering through Signup Genius for the week of June 2, 2025 through June 8, 2025.

• Group Fitness classes for June 9, 2025 and beyond will be registered for through XPlor Recreation and the NRH Rec app beginning on June 2, 2025 at 7:30am. VERY IMPORTANT: if you have a membership that INCLUDES Group Fitness log into the XPlor Recreation website or your mobile app and make sure your membership including group fitness is visible and active. If it is not, it has not been converted over from our old software ActiveNet. We are NOT able to migrate financial information from our old system so all monthly memberships + GF must have saved financial information in your account profile for us to roll your membership over. Please visit the guest services desk if you need help with your account.

Group Fitness Classes will be viewable on the mobile app several weeks in advance, but will ONLY be available for registration beginning at 7:30am (for AM classes) / 8am (for PM classes), 7 days prior to the class start date. (i.e. 9:30am Total Body on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 will be available for registration on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 at 7:30am)
