Face Coverings are recommended for all members and guests while not working out. Please continue to maintain good social distancing practices while moving throughout the building.
The safety of our members and staff is our top priority at the NRH Centre. We are taking extra precautions to help keep our members and guests safe and healthy. This includes strict cleaning protocols, employee health checks and social distancing practices.
We can't do it alone though, we need your help!
Increased Sanitizing of Equipment
Members & Guests are encouraged to clean equipment before & after usage along with staff sanitization protocols.
Hand Sanitizing Stations
There are conveniently located hand sanitizing stations located throughout the entire facility.
Social Distancing
We are taking careful actions to facilitate social distancing. Look for extra signs to guide you through each space and help us all practice social distancing.
